Reviews

"Finding a yoga studio that feels right for you can sometimes be difficult and so, I was extremely pleased when I discovered Mudra almost a year ago, after moving into Stoke Newington. The studio is beautiful and the teachers are wonderful and encouraging. All props including mats are waiting for you on arrival and the classes cater for all sorts of practices. It really is a special space and I always leave class feeling better than I did before. <3"

"Mudra is undoubtedly the most authentic yoga studio I’ve been to, and I’ve been to loads over the last couple decades! The studio, along with its owners has created a community that is welcoming and genuine. Yoga is taught in all ways and I feel it caters to all that come through the door.

It’s a little corner in the big and busy world that houses, and stands for, community & connection but without taking itself too seriously so you feel welcome from the start - whether you’re a die hard yogi or not.

It kinda just became part of me. ☺️"

"Mudra has become an integral part of my life. I honestly don't know what I'd do without it. I have been going for a year now and I've learnt so much, not just about the art of yoga but about myself too. The teachers are brilliant, they all have their own styles meaning there's something for everyone and varied classes if you want to mix things up. But Mudra's not just about the fantastic classes, Paul and Emily who run the studio are so welcoming, they've created a wonderful sense of community. I have made great friends there and I love it."
