Annie is a yoga teacher and health journalist. She initially began her journey into yoga to stay healthy as a marathon runner, but following a serious running injury, she realised that yoga could be the path to her physical and mental wellbeing. Trained in Vinyasa flow yoga Annie also writes for women’s and health publications on all things food and fitness. Passionate about food and Ayurvedic lifestyle Annie is a fabulous wealth of wellbeing knowledge and true yogi soul.
Classes: Annie teaches a strong but soft flow and emphasises the importance of moving with breath and transitioning through dynamic flows smoothly. Classes are always themed to weave together the practice with the philosophical roots of yoga in an accessible way.
