For Bess yoga is an embodied approach to vibrant living and her teachings are inspired by 10 years of practice and exploration in both classical hatha and vinyasa yoga. Her classes are fluid and explorative- offering a much needed balance of flow, challenge and relaxation. Each breath connected session is grounded in tantric yogic philosophy which is brought to life through breath appreciation, meditative movements, strong asana encouraged by supportive hands on assists and simply space to feel. Expect a creative flow which honours lineage and tradition- offering you the chance to dive a little deeper into your own practice and the roots of yoga.
