BEX PARKER SMITH
Bex first found her way to yoga mat six years ago as part of her eating disorder recovery. It was through the practice, that Bex rediscovered the simple joy of moving and fell in love with how yoga helped her feel at home in self, again.
Known for her playful yet thoughtful sequencing, Bex is inspired by exploring movement across all layers of the self. With philosophy, pranayama (breathwork), sankalpa (intention) and meditative practices woven alongside the asana (poses), Bex aims to support you in awakening a deeper awareness of self. From there, she hopes that just as she did, you arrive home.
