Emmy’s classes emphasise the co-ordination of breath and movement, with a focus on mindful alignment and embodied awareness. Expect an uplifting, flow to challenge and centre you, through postures which both energise and nourish the body and calm the mind.
Emmy initially trained in 2007 with QiYoga, which interweaves Hatha yoga with QiGong. Since then she has studied further with teachers who continue to influence and inspire her- Simon Low, Max Strom and Kate Ellis among others. She now teaches a range of styles from restorative to vinyasa flow, suitable for everyone, irrespective of strength, flexibility, age and stress levels, so no matter where you are on your yoga journey, you will be looked after.
