Lizzie has been practicing yoga and meditation for over 10 years. She trained with Triyoga on their two-year intensive yoga teacher training where we undertook in depth study with leading international teachers in asana, anatomy&physiology and philosophy. Lizzie brings all three elements of my studies into my classes.

Lizzie continues to be inspired by a range of yoga styles and some fitness too! Her classes are grounded in meditation and yoga philosophies which continue to inspire me. Her love for moving the body creatively and playfully; flowing through carefully created sequences that do work my students hard but also give space to let the stresses of modern life melt away and to connect to a greater awareness of ourselves.
