ONLINE CLASSES

During the lockdowns teaching yoga online was a wonderful way to stay connected and a space to support each other. However we don't like to dilute the studio teachings or ask too much of the studio teachers by offering online classes while teaching in the studio so we've decided to pre record some class packages for you to take away with you when you can't be with us in the studio.
