KIDS YOGA (5-9 YRS)
Classes returning in September

A class of storytelling, mindfulness and fun. Explore the world through the philosophy of yoga. The session will tell a unique story, captivating kids’ imagination, nurturing empathy and compassion, and encouraging young minds to take agency for themselves.

 

Parents/carers must leave at the beginning and return for collection.

KIDS YOGA (2-5 YRS)
Classes returning in September

A more dynamic, breath-led class linking movement and breath in a steady, flowing sequence. Expect to build warmth, strength and focus while moving with intention and ease.

A flow class but with more direct purpose, full body strength, flexibility and deep benefits of stress relief due to greater focus on body and breath awareness throughout.
