Pregnancy yoga classes are designed to support the changing body during pregnancy. Classes focus on breath, awareness, strength, mobility and relaxation, while offering space to connect with yourself and your baby in a calm, supportive environment.
Pregnancy yoga classes are entirely adapted to mums-to-be from 12 weeks onwards and no experience is needed.
MAMA & BABY YOGA
Thursdays 10:30am
Our Postnatal Yoga class is a nurturing and supportive space designed for new mothers and their babies. Suitable from six weeks postpartum, once signed off by your doctor, and until your little one becomes more mobile/crawling.
This class offers a gentle way to rebuild strength, improve posture and relieve tension, while bonding with your baby. No prior yoga experience needed.
