The yoga studio is a relaxed space for all. We provide great quality mats and props so there is no need to bring your own. Just bring yourself and some comfortable clothing to practice in and maybe some water. There is a toilet and small kitchen area for water and tea but no showers. WHAT HAPPENS?
If you have no knowledge of what happens in a yoga class. Nearly every class will involve movement/poses (asana) exploring and freeing energies and habits within the physical body. Teachers will guide you to a more conscious awareness of breath during class and through the combination and body and breath awareness the mind has a more singular focus and is therefore excellent for developing a more attentive clear mind and some classes will offer more formal meditation.

OPENING TIMES
Mudra is open 15 minutes before every yoga class the doors will be locked after class time has started at the teachers discretion (no entry 5mins after class has started). If late you will be charged class credit.

CANCELLATION & WAITLIST
For all regular classes we have a 12 hour cancellation policy and workshops 48 hour cancellation. If you are on the waitlist please check emails for booking confirmation - if you are moved into a class less than1 hour before the start and can't make it please email.

CLASS SIZE
We aim to offer an environment in which your practice can develop with an increased teacher interaction so we believe in capping the class size and this also a sense of ease and peace while you practice.

Located on the edge of Stoke Newington we are close by to Finsbury Park, Manor House, Newington Green, Dalston, Clapton, Canonbury, Highbury and beyond.

FOOT AND CYCLING
There is plenty of safe railing space to lock bikes outside the studio and along Shelford Place (no bikes in the studio) opposite Clissold Park.
OVERGROUND AND TUBE
Manor House and Finsbury Park tube is a 10-15min walk away. Canonbury is the nearest overground station a 10min walk. Stoke Newington train station is a 15minute walk at the opposite end of Church Street. The studio is also a 20minute walk from Dalston overground. Highbury and Islington and Arsenal tubes are also accessible.
BUS
The 393 stops on Stoke Newington Church Sreet 2min walk from the studio. The studio is also easily accessible along the 73, 476, 141, 341 bus routes and all buses that stop at Newington Green or on Stoke Newington High Sreet.
CAR
You are not able to park on Shelford Place but free parking is available on Church St or the surrounding roads before 8:30am and after 6:30pm on weekdays and check the parking restrictions on weekends.
