Ness Wheeler

HEART - HUGS - JOYFUL

Ness has been teaching yoga for almost 10 years, after training with Frog Lotus International in Seville in 2016. She later returned to Spain, spending three years living in Madrid, absorbing the warmth of the sunny people and skies. She tries to bring this sunniness into her classes, leading with compassion and encouragement.

Off the mat, Ness produces animated films and spends as much time as she can doing cartwheels, singing, and working on her backflips. Her practice reflects this playful energy, blending strength, creativity, and flow.

Solene Pannetier

NURTURING - EMPOWERING - JOYFUL

Passionate about teaching what she loves, Solène offers a warm and nurturing space for expecting mothers. Certified in Hatha yoga in 2018, she trained with Sally Parkes in pre-post natal yoga when she was pregnant with her first child in 2019. It was deeply empowering as a woman but also as a yogini to understand her body better. Bringing more respect and compassion to her practice, allowing herself to slow down and soften. While being rooted in the yoga tradition, prenatal yoga classes are entirely adapted to mums to be from 12 weeks onwards.

Laura Munden

CONNECTING - CALMING - PLAYFUL

Laura’s journey with yoga began in her early 20s as a way to find balance in busy London life. Initially drawn to the physical practice, she soon discovered its deeper benefits and went on to complete her 200-hour Ashtanga/Vinyasa training in Goa in 2017, followed by a 100-hour Mandala & Shamanism training in 2022.

Laura believes that yoga is for everyone. It’s about moving with awareness and meeting yourself where you are, with openness and compassion. Her classes blend thoughtful and playful vinyasa flows with moments of introspection, encouraging students to build strength and heat while listening to their bodies and honouring what feels right for them.

Mags Karenova

GROUNDING - TUNES - PHILOSOPHY

Initially drawn to yoga for its physical benefits, Mags soon began to experience a deeper shift—not only in her body, but in her mindset and way of life. The philosophical teachings of yoga introduced her to practices of mindfulness, compassion, and emotional balance that continue to shape how she engages with the world.

After completing her 200-hour teacher training with High Yoga School, Mags felt a strong calling to teach and share yoga’s transformative potential with others. She believes yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of experience, and approaches teaching with care and inclusivity.

Trained in Vinyasa, Rocket, and Yin, Mags offers a balanced blend of energy and calm in her classes. Her teaching is grounded in presence and attuned to the physical, emotional, and energetic needs of her students. Music is woven into each class to support rhythm and connection, and her aim is always to create a space where students leave feeling grounded, centered, and more deeply connected—both to themselves and to the practice.
